1. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
• You will receive an order confirmation email following confirmation of payment having been successfully received.
• If you have any questions after receiving the confirmation email, you are welcome to directly Contact Us.

2. Payment Methods

• We accept online pay, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and Bank Transfer.
• All transactions are processed in NZD and include GST (New Zealand Goods and Services Tax) where applicable.

New Zealand (Domestic)

• Processing Time:
• Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days;

• Delivery Information
  Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your selected region:

  • North Island: Estimated delivery 1–2 business days

  • South Island: Estimated delivery 3–5 business days

• Signature on Delivery: Orders are shipped as “non-signature required” by default. If you prefer signature on delivery, please note this at checkout (this may affect delivery time and delivery fee).
• No PO Boxes: Delivery is available to residential or business physical addresses only; PO Boxes are not supported.

International Shipping

• At this stage, we do not offer overseas delivery. However, if you would like to arrange international shipping, please directly Contact Us.
