Returns & Exchanges

1. Change of Mind Returns

• Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
• Returns after 14 days, or for products that have been opened, will not be accepted for reasons of change of mind.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

• Where product(s) have been damaged in transit or are defective, we must be notified within 7 days and provided with photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging.
• We will arrange a refund or free replacement and cover the cost of return shipping.

3. Exchange / Return Process

1. Please Contact usto obtain the return address and authorisation code.
2. Use a tracked courier service and pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
3. Refunds will be processed per the original payment method and to the originating bank account within 3 business days after we receive the returned product.
