• Where do you ship from?

    All orders are shipped from New Zealand.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    At this stage, we do not offer overseas delivery. However, if you would like to arrange international shipping, please contact us directly at  gws@a-holistic.com.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    North Island: Estimated delivery 1–2 business days

    South Island: Estimated delivery 3–5 business days

  • How can I pay for my order?

    We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Bank Transfer.

  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

    If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at gws@a-holistic.com. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.

  • What is your return policy?

    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for details.

  • Do you offer refunds for damaged products?

    Yes. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days providing photographic evidence of the packaging and damaged products. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on product availability.

  • Are your products cruelty-free?

    Yes. All our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

  • Are your ingredients natural?

    We prioritise high-quality, naturally derived ingredients. Please refer to each product page for details of the ingredients used.

  • How should I store the products?

    Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For oils, make sure caps are tightly closed after use.
