1. About Us
We are A Plus Holistic Healthcare (GWS Acupuncture Clinic), based in New Zealand. All prices are in NZD and include GST where applicable.

2. Orders & Payments

• Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
• We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options listed at checkout.
• If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or full refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within New Zealand and internationally (please contact us first).
• Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
• Delivery times may vary dependent upon courier schedules, customs checks, or unforeseen delays.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed per the original payment method and to the originating bank account.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 daysand provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
